Sherry Glickman, QEST Practitioner
Since 1998, I have worked as a medical writer and editor for hospital and other healthcare clients. I have written for some of the most prestigious hospitals in the country, and in my current role as a clinical report editor, I am still fully immersed in what is considered standard of care by western medicine. Yet in both my professional life and as a mother of daughters with chronic illness, I know too well the limitations of modern medicine.

When I first heard about QEST through a friend, I was frankly a bit shocked. I had explored various forms of alternative and complementary medicine since I was a teen (herbal medicine, homeopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Qi Gong, and more). I had never heard about QEST, but this therapy had given my friend her life back after she spent years seeking conventional medical help, even at top medical centers in the country, to no avail. Hearing about the powerful results she had experienced, I had to learn more about this mystery therapy; her debilitating problem had baffled all of her doctors, but was completely healed after a relatively short course of QEST care with Judith Heath, director of the Quantum Energetics Institute (QEI) in Fort Collins. What started as curiosity about something that might help one of my daughters quickly evolved into a decision to sign up for a class at QEI and see for myself what this was all about. At first, I remained skeptical, thinking to myself that if it wasn’t what I expected, I could always change my mind. After all, I have never been one to ‘feel energy’ and I certainly didn’t think I had any special intuitive skills that some people have.

QEST is truly a gift.

Having completed my training in May 2025, I can say without hesitation that QEST is an incredible, powerful modality, with healing potential beyond what I could have initially conceived. I’ve seen it transform people’s lives, and I am thrilled to be able to share this gift with others. It is largely unknown compared to popular modalities like Reiki or craniosacral work, and it is not nearly as widely available (yet). But more practitioners are currently being trained, and I believe we will see more seeking QEST in the future as word continues to spread of its results.
