When I first began working with Sherry, I was experiencing excruciating pain in my back and hips. I had seen multiple doctors, been through physical therapy, and had tried various stretches and exercises to try to alleviate my pain. I was unable to do the things I loved, and I wondered how I would ever be able to continue with the quality of life that I hoped for. Before meeting with Sherry, she shared very comprehensive information that described the QEST Healing Program and though I didn’t understand the program completely, I learned more and more during each session.
